若戸渡船（若松渡場～戸畑渡場）は、北九州市が運営する市営渡船の一つで、洞海湾によって隔てられた若松区と戸畑区を結ぶ航路です。
若松は江戸時代中期頃から年貢米や石炭の積出港として栄えてきました。明治時代には日本有数の石炭集積地となり、若松南海岸には洋風建築のオフィスビルが立ち並びました。キャッシュ周辺に残るノスタルジックな建物もぜひお楽しみください。

Wakato ferry (Wakamatsu Port to Tobata Port) is one of the municipal ferry operated by Kitakyushu City. It is a route connecting Wakamatsu Ward and Tobata Ward separated by Dokai Bay.
Wakamatsu has flourished as a shipping port for annual rice and coal since the middle of the Edo period. During the Meiji era, it became one of Japan's leading coal accumulation areas, and Western-style office buildings lined up on the Wakamatsu south coast. Please enjoy the nostalgic buildings that remain around the cache.
