I am very thankful for the Birch Recreation Outdoor Area! This place is so much fun in both seasons (just winter & summer around here, lol)! From biking and playing disc golf to sking. I like to visit this place at least once a month (most the time more often) to engage in one of these activities! If you havent tried playing disc gold yet I highly reccomend it. Cache is named after the disc golf hole that its placed next to. This is one of my favorite holes and many other peoples as evidence of the line in the ground marking the starting line. The 6th hole is 1/3 of the way through the 18 hole course. I believe the outside gate locks around 10pm. If your out here after hours you can still park at the roundabout, but it a little longer of a walk. May be a little difficult to reach in the winter, but if your willing to go through a little bit of deep snow I'm sure you'll be rewarded. $ On everyone!!!
