This geocache was hidden as part of the Summer CITO event held here.  The posted coordinates will take you to a sign located below the MDOT sign.  Using only the bottom sign to obtain the information to lead you to the final location which is location at

A is the number of E's

B is the number of H's

C is the number of R's

X is the  number of G's and the number S's

Y is the  number of W's

Z is the number of letters in last word minus 1
