The Cache
Pike Wood is a Coillte managed woodland with a mix of deciduous and evergreen trees.
It's makes for a pleasant walk on well-maintained tracks, and is a there-and-back-again route. No loops here.
The Mass Rock itself is marked with '+'s in a nice and secluded spot.
Cache is magnetic and is rather closer to the river than the rock - GPS is jumpy with all the trees.
Parking is available but limited. Park with care so as not block any access.
Remember to bring any litter home again. (Leave No Trace)
