This short multi takes you to a sundial which is part of a larger display. Note the beautiful phrase that is inscribed on the sundial! The cache location can be found by completing the following:

where YY = number of letters in last three words
West 083 58.XXX
where X = roman numeral that is NOT in it's more commonly written form
