This was one of my favorite films from the 1980s. While in COVID lockdown recently I've been trying to find films that are suitable for twin 12 year olds and I remembered this one. [Spoiler alert:] At end of the film there is a scene where the character "Ick" tells Lazlo Hollyfeld the GPS coordinates to laser blast Dr. Hathaway's house from the bomber and fill it up with popcorn, while congressman Dugan, Dr. Meredith and the rest of the gang (and Kent) wait outside. Legend has it the script had the coordinates for a mortuary near CalTech. What Ick tells Lazlo, who types it into the computer, is "34 degrees 10 minutes 15.21 seconds north, 119 degress 7 minutes ..." and then the scene switches before we get to see the final coordinates. It would be difficult to put a cache directly on this 530m east/west path between 7' and 8' (due to private property, and existing caches) but this is still pretty close.
