We had to move the spot where this cache was hidden. We think it got muggled by someone that didn't know it was forbidden. We placed it in a spot nearby where there is a dark hidding spot. It's a few steps up (from the previous spot) towards the road but still on the left hand side. But still it is close enough to hear that Yachats tide. We think its safer in this spot from all those curious beach combers. That way more of us can find it, we wandering caching roamers. This cache is family friendly and can be completed very quick. But take your time if you can, it is definitely worth your while. The sounds of surf and sand on your toes will bring out all the smiles. Its great If your a hiker, biker, or even a rock hound. Relaxation, cool views, and agate rocks will be found. The bald eagles flying high, or an occasional sea lion in the river. If you dare and are brave enough, the Pacific will make you shiver.
