In baseball, a squeeze play requires the batter to lay down a bunt as a teammate bolts from third base in an attempt to steal home. In geocaching, a squeeze play is finding an open spot in a popular area for hides. The Don Griffin Recreational Trail in the McKnight Family Sports Park is such a spot. I was once in a Barbershop Quartet with Don, he's a great guy, but that's off topic. Anyway, this is a great trail with multiple hides in varying degrees of difficulty and creativity. No matter where you search, the main thing is to be in the game. So sing along with Neil Young... "PUT ME IN, Coach! I'm ready to play! Look at me... Centerfield... " And no, this hide is NOT in the field of play, so don't look on that side! PLAY BALL!
The Don Griffin Recreational Trail is open dusk to dawn. Do not night cache here. Bring your own pen!
Congratulations to Fridge01 who, not surprisingly, was FTF! Not surprising, because this park is "owned" by him, from a CO standpoint! Thanks for all your great hides here and around the area!
