The cache IS at the posted coordinates. However, to log as a find, you must fulfill the challenge requirements. You may sign the log at any time but may not claim a find until you have met the requirements. The difficulty here is for the challenge and the terrain due to the fact that you will have to leave the state to get at least one of the qualifying caches; the actual hide is a 1.5/1.5.
The challenge is to find one Wherigo cache hidden in each year since 2008, the first year of Wherigo caches. In 2020 (when this was hidden), that will require 13 caches. If you find this cache in 2021, you will also need to find a Wherigo cache hidden in 2021, and so on for future years. Like Jasmer challenges, this challenge will become more difficult as time passes. The challenge checker below should allow you to see quickly whether you qualify.
