The cache is NOT at the posted coordinates. It is, however, somewhere in the land of N38 W121. Solve the puzzle to obtain the coordinates of the physical container.
A geocacher friend was telling me recently about her interesting purchase at a yard sale. It seems she found an old Commodore 64 at a good price. She cleaned it up, plugged it in, and it still worked. Well, sort of. She ran a simple routine and kept returning this same output:
