Easy park and grab. I chose this location for my first cache because it's close to home. Grand Valley is my Alma Mater and I personally love the Carillion being in the middle of it. I would assume the area would attract a lot of muggles so be careful in your quest. I suggest either evening or weekend hunting on this one due to said traffic.
