Gadget Cache: Round and Round She Goes Traditional Cache

Inside the cache is a tool you'll need to use in order to discover the combination to the locked compartment where the log book is.  Its a 4 digit lock so you'll be looking for 4 numbers.  Once you have discovered the 4 numbers look next to the top of each number to know the position that number is on the lock. When you are done don't forget to scramble the numbers on the tool for the next  victim  person to come along.
