The posted coordinates are bogus. You can go there if you like, but you won't find a cache there.
UPDATE August 6, 2020: Since the FTF has been claimed I added a better hint.
My friend Bill was bored so he created this puzzle. Solve Bored Bill's puzzle to find the actual coordinates. I recommend you use a PC to solve this. I don't know if a Mac would work. It may be possible to use a phone, but it might take forever.

The difficulty rating is for the puzzle. The actual hide is fairly easy. If you get stumped after an honest effort shoot me a message and I'll steer you in the right direction provided the FTF has been claimed.
The final is in a VERY public place. I suggest you bring a trash bag and do some CITO while hunting to avoid looking conspicuous.
