 Le Manie
sono una località nell'entroterra del comune di Finale Ligure, un Altopiano a in media 285 m slm che rappresenta un vero polmone verde a poca distanza dal mar mediterraneo.
Zona agricola di grande valore vitivinicolo vede anche nella pastorizia una sua importante caratteristica. Le estese superfici prative furono frequentate dalla notte dei tempi da pastori provenienti dalle Alpi Marittime.
Tutto il territorio caratterizzato da praterie verdi , boschi, anfratti, grotte, doline, inghiottitoi, terrazzamenti a secco e tracce di antiche culture è attraversato da una estesissima rete di sentieri, percorribile sia praticando trekking, sia in sella ad una MTB per tutti i gradi di difficoltà.

 Le Manie
is a place in the hinterland of Finale Ligure, a plateau at an average height of 285 m asl which represents a real green lung not far from the coastline of the Mediterranean sea.
The agricultural area among other thins is used for wine-growing and herding. These extensive and spacious grasslands were attended by the shepherds from the Alps that came here to pass the winter.
The whole territory made of grassland, woods, ravines, caves, sinkholes, and traces of ancient cultures is crossed by a very extensive trail network, which can be traveled both by trekking or riding a mountain bike withe all different difficulty levels.
With this cache we'd like to show you a remote part of the Manie where you can take a closer look at the Terre Rosse, the redddish soil.
