Cache is just off an ATV trail. To access the cache, I'd recommend parking at the Brookside Mall parking lot if you're coming in a car.
The Cache is a regular size which is quite easy to spot --coords should take you within 8-10 meters, but when you're close you'll see it. But before you're able to open the cache, you need to find the little green and brown birdhouse to check in to the hotel. The birdhouse is in the surrounding area of the cache (within 15-20 meters) so be sure to take a good look around. Once you check in and receive the key, you will be able to access the cache. Lots of room for tradeables and trackables. Be sure to check the inside of the log book as I've written a trackable code for you to discover in there. That way, if the hotel is unoccupied by travellers, at least visitors will still be able to log one trackable. Please replace key as found when your visit is finished.
Here is a photo of the trackable whose tracking code is written on the inside cover of the log book:

Also, please ignore my spelling mistake on the front of the cache. I was writing "Official Geocaching Game Piece" and ended up writing "Official Geogaching Gamepiece". In an attempt to redeem this error, I scratched out the extra "g" and wrote a "c" overtop lol.
A slight bit of bushwhacking involved, but it's not too far off the trail. The trail can be muddy in places, and the cache area is on a bit of a sidehill with sticks/branches laying around so take care with where you step.
Congrats to Captain No Beard and the Pi Rats on the FTF!
**While I don't ask that visitors do a one-for-one travel bug swap, I do ask that visitors don't take all of the trackables in the cache. Depending on the inventory, please take one or two to move along so there will be some left for other cachers to discover/ trade for. Thank you! :)
