Jacks86: Construction seems to be ongoing. "Signs" have been removed. Hiding caches is not fun when you are picked apart by reviewers just because you used the wrong type of post. It makes me wonder where the reviewers are on other caches I've seen that are "logged about maintenance or replacing" instead of posted or showing maintenance.
