Welcome to Senoia Mystery Cache

This cache has been archived.

kb10bo: I've been out of commission for a while following gall bladder surgery AND my car has been in the shop for several weeks waiting on Ford to replace the engine. So I've been limited in what I could do as far as checking on my caches that are having some issues.

This one has been a problem ever since it was hidden, so I'm going to archive it and see if I can come up with another option for hiding a cache here. Someone will be picking up the container for me in the next several days.

Thanks to everyone that took the time to look for it. [:)]

Geocache Description:

Welcome to Senoia: The perfect setting. For Life.

This once sleepy little one horse town has now become quite a busy place!  Senoia was incorporated back in 1860, but it was the film industry that put it on the map.

The Historic Downtown area on Main Street offers restaurants, boutiques, antiques, and bed and breakfasts all within a short walking distance. Senoia has also been home to two of Southern Living’s Idea Houses. The street has stars to highlight the various film and television productions that have used the town as a backdrop or that were filmed at nearby Riverwood Studios, the studio that helped bring "The Walking Dead" to life.

This cache is located at the Senoia Welcome Center.  They carry brochures about visiting Senoia and the filming history here.  And they have maps of downtown.  The Welcome Center is open Wednesday - Saturday from 11:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. each day.

This is a quick and easy field puzzle. The cache is located at the posted coordinates, but you will need to make some simple observations to obtain the combination to the lock on the container.

A = How many light fixtures are on the front of the building?

B = How many benchers are in front of the building?

C = How many "structures" are pictured on the circular Senoia sign?

D = What is the 2nd number in the address?

The combination is ABCD.

Hope you enjoy your visit to Senoia.  Happy caching!!!!  smiley
