With good timing this could be a fun, quick and simple multi! Well, you know how that goes, once the words "fun, quick and simple" appear in a cache description none of it may come true! Lets start with the basics and a true statement: Nothing is hidden at posted coordinates, no need to get your feet wet or climb rocks at the start of this multi.
The posted coordinates are in the pedestrian path on the bridge. Look upstream at roughly 28 deg. NE and follow the edge of the water. You see, at a tide that is about 4' or lower, a lone, single boulder, rounder than the others and depending on the tide, just sticking out of the water or maybe all above the water line. That boulder has two very distinct symbols in it. At the proper tide, the subject boulder should be obvious as are the two symbols. Enter the two symbols in the checker to get further instructions, Flying Dutchmen Style.
If you don't happen to see the boulder maybe you need to come back at a somewhat lower tide and during day light.
