.K.B.: I couldn’t see it. It’s sometimes put back in the incorrect spot. There’s not a lot of incentive for a CO to try to find where someone has returned it. Given the location it’s very unlikely a member of the public would discover it.

I walk past this sculpture many times each week, usually mid morning or mid afternoon. The sculpture was new in 2020.
The container is a magnetic mini plastic lolly container. It’s hidden under the front passenger side bumper. A spoiler photo is provided in the gallery.
