Geocache Description:

26. Daggers Bridge

Lancashire C.C. which had a habit of inscribing bridge names on the parapet, as here. The C.C. is all tht remains of Lancashire C.C. No one seems to know whether the 42 is an identification number or a date. Nor can I find out whether 'Daggers Bridge' or 'Dacres Bridge' is the correct spelling. The Bridge crosses a point where Logwood Mill Brook, Ochre Brook & Foxes Brook all meet.
