Geocache Description:

**The geocache IS at the location, but there are ADDITIONAL logging requirements! **

Welcome to the climbing club.

This is a challenge cache. You can sign the log any time you want, but to log this as found online, you first need to also complete the challenge.

For this challenge you need to have found At least 1 cache with the climbing equipment attribute..

There are quite a few geocaches in town with the climbing equipment attribute and all of them are pretty challenging. Some can be accomplished without the climbing gear but gear make it a lot easier and safer.

The rules

Anyone can try this challenge and finds of all types (except lab caches and locationless caches) are valid. You can use caches you found from before and after this cache was posted, but cannot use this cache as part of your stats. Geocaches you own don't count, except for events you've attended. The math is all done for you thanks to this challenge checker:

PGC Checker

When logging this challenge, you're encouraged to include how many climbing equipment caches the checker states you've conquored.

This cache is placed on city property with permission. It is purposely not placed too high so a geocacher exploring from a wheelchair can easily reach the find; please replace accordingly.

Side note: If you want to see handi-capable individuals using climbing gear, check out the CW HOGs through ISU - they got the first amputee to the top of Everest as well as many more motivational feats.

If you want a more in depth understanding of what attributes you've managed to find, you can check out www.project-gc.com

Quasi numbers geo-art

This challenge cache is part of a piece of geo-artcalled the "Quasi numbers geo-art". Like most, there is a bonus cache that can be found after completing it, but unlike most, quasi numbers is interactive and functional. When signing each log, look at the top of the log. two of the 12 challenge cache logs will have instructions for how to find 'A' and 'B', needed to find the bonus cache in the center.

The other challenges in this series are:

Here is a list of other examples of geo-art to quell your curiosity.
