I placed this cache by the first part of the regeneration of the area around the River Colne in Watford.

 

The regeneration of the area is called Watford Riverwell, and when complete will include Apartments, a Housing estate, a School, Hotel, Restaurants, a Retirement comlex and a new park by the river.
