Townsville is blessed with a great river, and some fantastic cycling/walking trails that follow almost it's entire length. What better way to encourage cachers to get out and explore these trails but to line them with caches to form Townsville's first Power Trail.
This cache is hidden just out of view of the River Party, a trio of three critters, a Turtle, a frog and a fish out of water. The large statue was coordinated and constructed by Farvardin Daliri with the help of children from the Riverside Christian School, Annandale and Cranbrook State Schools in 2004.
Enjoy the cache. Please avoid unnecessarily damaging any flora while searching for the cache and enjoy this scenic part of the river and all that Rossiter Park has on offer.
