After placing a previous cache in the area and advertising the uniqueness of the nearby Cathedral of Transfiguration to potential finders, I decided to place another cache with an even better view of the cathedral. This one will take you to Panorama Park, a recently developed parkette with a direct view of the monument. I'd encourage finders to visit at sunrise/sundown to maximize the quality of their view!
This cache is a small bison tube that shouldn't give finders too much trouble. It is meant to be easy, as I wanted to try to bring as many people to this wonderful spot. The cache holds only a log, so please BYOP! :)
Update: Based on the suggestion of an early finder, I've increased the terrain rating on the cache from 1.5 to 2.0. The reason for this change is that the cache is a few feet up off the ground and may be somewhat difficult to reach for those cachers who aren't as tall. If you are on the shorter side, I'd encourage you to bring a TOTT (i.e. something to step on and provide a boost) to make sure that you can reach it. I apologize for this--I'm a little over 6' tall and have a habit of reaching nice and high to place caches. :)
