This is a simple 2-stage multi. The posted coordinates is where you may have to park if the gate to the parking lot is closed (and since the summer, this gate seems to be permanently closed).
This building is Markham's best-preserved one-room schoolhouse, originally built circa 1820. Read the plaque and find out all about the Cedar Grove Public School from 1869.
Stage 1: find the signage near the road identifying what the building is now. For the north coordinate: count the number of letters on all three boards of the sign, subtract 1, divide by 1000, then subtract from the posted coordinates. For the west coordinate: locate the circular plaque installed on the north wall of the building; count the number of letters in the fourth word of the bottom phrase; multiply by 4, divide by 1000, and finally, subtract your answer from the posted coordinates.
Stage 2: a large camouflaged pill bottle containing a logbook, writing instrument, and initially, some small swag.
