Geocache Description:

While exploring Galveston discovered this lonely forgotten cemetery. Decided that this should be the spot for our first geocache.

Park at the nearby new La Quinta Hotel and make the short walk to the GZ, where you will find a grouping of palm trees. Cache is a preform tube hidden eye high in the palm. No need to venture far into the cemetery. There is a nearby historical marker where you will learn the history of the cemetery.
