SunTanToes Hits 6,000 Milestone!!

A tradition of placing special caches to mark milestones within the geocaching community was introduced to the Chicago area by SpEd and Fallenfaery. I thought it was a nice idea, so I’m placing one for my sister, SunTanToes.
SunTanToes was with me the first time I went geocaching. Our sister Janet or Nannet (aka Geneology Jan) had been talking up this outdoor activity called geocaching, but I wasn’t so sure that I would like it. Who would have guessed that it would become our favorite thing in the world to do??? We plan vacations around Mega events and our latest challenges. What a blast!
What fun is making plans if you don’t acknowledge and celebrate our accomplishments!!
I chose a cemetery to mark this milestone NOT because we love our cemetery caches,AND they can USUALLY be FOUND!
So, SunTanToes… here’s to 6000 finds and to your next 6000!! I hope that she finds much more than a log with each geocache she spots. And that many or most won’t be in the last place that she looks.
This cache is to commemorate her 6,000th find milestone. Join us in congratulating her while you find this cache.
ALTHOUGH this cache can be claimed from outside the cemetery fence it's important to be respectful. If there is a service or a visitor in the cemetery, please return at a later time to claim this cache.
