Original cache description: "I was driving down the road when I caught a glimpse of a sign at the start of this trail, so I made a u-turn, grabbed some cache containers I had prepared, and headed off down the trail. In the tall grass of the field, I saw 4 deer grazing and slowly made my way toward them. After noticing me, they stared for a moment and then took off in the opposite direction. Right around the spot where they stood grazing is a small pill bottle wrapped in black tape tucked into the back of the title. There is an army guy, a braided ring, and some Halloween stickers hidden inside to start off trading. Only very small items will fit. Please be sure to re-hide the cache exactly as it is hidden. It is located right off the trail, and I'm hoping it will be a safe hiding spot. Then continue along the trail to find the other caches I've hidden nearby! Enjoy the hike!"
I didn't remember until re-reading the description, that when I hid my original cache at this spot, there were 4 deer in the field. How coincidental that today when I came to replace this hide, there were again, 4 deer in the field!! A doe that I was able to get almost uncomfortably close to before she bounded away, a buck, and two adorable babies! I really do love this trail...
