This cache is a CC Special and has a water resistant log to sign, if you find it wet just dry it off on something and sign in. remember no signature no cache. There is no writing stick in the cache so you will have to bring your own along. There could be a muggle facter here so atealth could be needed.
I came up here today to pick up Ididit and then to do some caching while up here. I got up a little early and saw this road when I got to the junction of Jubalee Parkway and the old Island Highway. I decided to check out the area and saw that there was room to palce a cache here. I decide that the view was nice enough that other cachers need to come and see it aas well and maybe you will be lucky enough to spot some whales going by and maybe once everything settles down a cruise ship or two.
