Tämä kätkö sijaitsee lähellä vanhaa kalkkilouhosta.
Kalkkilouhokseen kuuluu muutamia kaivantoja, jotka ovat osittain metsittyneitä. Louhoksesta on louhittu kalkkia Suomenlinnan rakennustöiden tarpeisiin, koska kalkkia oli helppoa kuljettaa laivoilla Suomenlinnaan. Suurimman (ja kätköä lähinnä olevan) kaivannon koko on 15 x 30 m, ja syvyys 5 m.
Kätkö ei ole ratapihan aidan sisäpuolella eikä aidassa. Ratapihalle ei saa mennä.
This cache is near an old limestone quarry.
The quarry consists of a few excavations which have become partly forested. Limestone from the quarry has been used for mortar during construction of Suomenlinna because transporting to Suomenlinna was easy to handle with ships. The biggest (and closest to the cache) size of excavation is 15 x 30 meters, and depth 5 meters.
The cache is not inside the fenced railway yard nor in the fence. Do not enter the railway yard.
