Geocache Description:

This cache is the second in the series of old Jefferson City Soda Bottlers and Brewers.   (There is No cache at the posted coordinates).

In the late 1800s and early 1900 soda water was a very big business that was rather easy to get into.  A German imigrant named W.F. Roesen did just that, and started his soda bottling company on High Street.   He was very successful and later built his Western Steam Bottling Works on Jefferson Street.   He operated until about 1910, when he sold out to another bottler A.W. Happy.  His building still stands and is located at 610 Jefferson street. Roesen was a very well off man when he died.

Today you can still find bottles marked W.F. Roesen Jefferson City Missouri embossed on them.

The puzzle:  If W.F. Roesen had a Company called Western Steam Bottling  Company, the cache is located at: N 38° 35.960 W92 10.543 If not the cache is located at N37 34.986 W92. 88.567
