Start und Zielpunkt der Wanderungen ist am Parkplatz in Hintermartell. Über den Weg Nr. 37 und der Hängebrücke steigt man zur Zufallhütte (2.265 m) auf. Um die Schlucht und ihre Schönheit erlebbar zu machen wurden vier Inszenierungen errichtet: die Kelle, die Sichel, die Kanzel und die Hängebrücke. Angekommen an der Zufallhütte folgt man den Weg Nr. 151 in Richtung Madritschtal. Weiter über den neu errichteten Wanderweg Nr. 33 in Richtung Pedertal. Über den Weg Nr. 33A in Serpentinen, anschließend über eine Holzbrücke und über Weg Nr. 20 und 20 /A bis zur Peder Stieralm (2252 m). Von dort aus weiter über den Weg Nr. 35 bis zur Lyfi Alm (2165 m). Zurück zum Ausgangspunkt über den Marteller Höhenweg (Weg Nr. 8 und 39).

Il punto di partenza e arrivo dell’escursione è il parcheggio in Alta Val Martello. Prendete il sentiero n. 37 e attraversate il ponte sospeso per arrivare al Rifugio Nino Corsi (2265 m). Quattro scene della gola sono state realizzate per presentare la gola con tutte le sue bellezze: cazzuola, falce panoramica, pulpito e ponte sospeso. Arrivati al Rifugio Nino Corsi seguite il sentiero n. 151 in direzione Val Madriccio/Passo Madriccio. Continuate sul nuovo sentiero n. 33 in direzione Val di Peder. Percorrete il sentiero n. 33A pieno di tornanti, attraversate il ponte di legno e continuate sul sentiero n. 20 e 20/A fino alla Malga Peder-Stier (2252 m) e poi sul sentiero n. 35 fino alla Malga Lyfi (2165 m). Per ritornare al punto di partenza percorrete l’Alta Via Val Martello (sentiero n. 8 e 39).
This hike starts and ends at the parking in Alta Val Martello. Take path no. 37 and cross the suspension bridge to arrive at Rifugio Nino Corsi (2265 m). Four gorge scenes present the Plima gorge with all its beauties: trowel, panoramic crescent, observation pulpit and suspension bridge. Having arrived at Rifugio Nino Corsi follow path no. 151 towards Val Madriccio/Madriccio Pass. Continue on the new hiking path no. 33 towards Val di Peder. Follow path no. 33A full of serpentines, cross the wooden bridge and follow path no. 20 and 20/A to Malga Peder-Stier (2252 m) and then path no. 35 to Malga Lyfi (2165 m). Take the Martello High Mountain Trail (path no. 8 and 39) to return to your starting point.
