Geocache Description:


Peacefully hidden among the trees on this scenic country road peppered with historical cemeteries is the Theophilus Whale Lot. This is an old one with the oldest grave in 1720 and the newest in 1922. Most of the graves are nothing more than field stones. The main marker in the cemetery has a nice inscription. Be careful where you step as there have been some markers that have fallen over. This place is really special. I am glad to see a historical cemetery sign posted (July 2018). Take a peek around. (There are sooo many ground spiders!)
