MainePublisher: All geocache placements must have a responsive owner. The cache owner must be able to respond to issues that come up and to submit an "owner maintenance" log to remove the "needs maintenance" icon.

In this case, Groundspeak has sent an email to the cache owner with no response. The cache owner did not respond to any of the cachers hoping to find the cache and did not respond to the reviewer note so the cache is now archived.

The cache location is now open for any Geocacher to place a new cache, including the original cache owner.

Geocache Description:

In loving memory of Mya

This cache was placed in memory of our yellow lab, Mya. My husband and I started a tradition where for any special occasion we would go for a coffee run in East Rochester, NH. When Mya began needing to go to the vets more often, we would always stop for a treat and a drink on the way home, and on every weekend (mostly Sunday) my husband, Mya, Blackie, and I would go for a "Weekend Coffee Run".

The "Weekend Coffee Run" is still done on every weekend, which is when this Geocache was placed.

The coffee shop made a donation in the memory of Mya to a humane society in NH after Mya passed in January 2019.

It seemed fitting that the FTF prize is a gift card to the coffee place that we go to every weekend that was donated by Mya's grandpawrents smiley
