Baby goes to China Traditional Cache

GRC located along Lakeview dr over by China Lake. We were driving through a while back and noticed a nice shiny new guardrail that was cachless. I mentioned it to my wife and tried to think of a name. She mentioned the sequel to the movie "Baby's day out". We went back after filling up the cachn' van at the local gas station and couldn't place it because someone had parked right there.
