This is our first hide-a-cache, placed on our family property in Belmont, VT. In good weather you may see the property owners out working in the yard. They are friendly folks and may say hello. The land belonged to O.A.Priest in the 1930's and then passed to Raymond A. Dana and then to my mother, Susan Dana Bassett. Lot's of good memories here from my childhood and now making new memories here with my kids! Thank you for visiting our cache!
Note: If you visit on a day when the leaves or snow are deep, this may be a bit hard to find. Also, be aware that the cell reception in this area is a bit spotty so GPS readings may be imperfect. You do not need to go onto the property itself to find the cache, it should be a quick find along the roadside. Good luck!
