Not a park and grab as parking is not allowed next to the GZ. Please look for your own appropriate parking.
This was an interesting location given how the streets were set up and a double set of guard rails, must have been some issues when the roads were originally dead ended. Given the guards, you should be safe on the sidewalks.
Stealth will be required. If you happen to be in the area between February and April, you may get to see Ms. Liberty waving at the traffic as I did the first time I scoped out the area.
Watch for wasps and yellow jackets as they seem to like this type of location.
Hint should lead you directly to it and has a request on your rehide.
