This cache is part of a series called “3 Bears of North America” and was placed as part of an activity for BCCD’s summer camp bear week in August of 2020. It is one of 3 ‘bear’ caches, named after the 3 types of bear found in North America hidden at the same conservation site. This cache is a large container (largest of the series, just as Polar bear are the largest of the 3 species of bears featured) and has plenty of room for swag of all shapes and sizes.

The series is placed on BCCD land, at Kishwaukee Valley Conservation Area. Please be respectful of park hours (including closings for hunting which can be found here: https://www.bccdil.org/hunting-programs/) and rules. To find out more about this site, visit here: Kishwaukee Valley
