A Chiefly Bench
This cache is along the Litchfield Nature Trail. This trail is open from dawn to dusk. Permission granted for cache placement by the City Manager of Litchfield, July 2010
At the posted coordinates you will find a bench to Dan Pitts, a longtime firefighter (41 years) and chief (15 years) of the local department. A nice guy who understood my love of fire, as I have several large brush burns at my property, we had a few conversations while I pulled permits.
