CONGRATS TO BEETLEBUB, CPD SARGE, AND CPD SARGE'S WIFE FOR BEING FTF!!!
This used to be the SPJST building and I only ever knew that to mean "some people just stand there " or "some place just south of town" so who knew that it was really SLOVANSKA PODPORUJICI JEDNOTA STATU TEXAS? Apparently, SPJST is a fraternal society that promotes social activities and insurance benefits for its members. Both of those things are important to cachers, aren't they?
I just pulled into the parking lot one day because my phone kept going off and I needed to answer some texts. While I was sitting there I noticed this big ole tree that I was parked under and thought it had an obvious spot to hide a cache in but then I thought, "why hide it in the obvious spot" and started looking around. The tree had lots of potential hidey-holes so I eventually picked one.
It's slightly more devious than the obvious spot you'll see so here are a few things that might (or might not) be helpful.
1. I'm 5'10".
2. I needed my truck to help me hide it.
3. I was facing west when I saw the hidey-hole.
4. I retrieved it using one TOTT but needed a different one to replace it but you won't need that if you have a _ _ _ _ _ _ (or your truck).
5. Trees are for _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ but if you're not good at that you might need a _ _ _ _ _ _.
6. Creativity always comes in handy (so does duct tape).
Happy caching, y'all!
