This is my first cache, and I thought it was fitting to place it in the park where I got my geocaching start! I started geocaching with my dad as a way to stay active when it was announced that we would have to begin social distancing and it's turned into my favorite pastime. Exploring, adventuring, solving puzzles, and bonding with friends and family...what more could you ask for?
This cache is pretty simple and there should be minimal bushwacking required. If you're feeling adventurous cool off at the creek and take a break to bask in this little quiet cove at the park. Be warned though, if you choose to go down into the creek it's a steep walk back up! Feel free to tell others about your favorite cache in Breckenridge in your logs. I've found about every single cache in the area and there's some pretty cool ones on the undeveloped side...anyways happy caching!
