Geocache Description:


Visit the very first Dekalb brand Hybrid Cornfield. This is where the first seeds were tested in a real farm field and the rest is history. With the advent of hybrid corn, corn yields increased significantly. See the actual field and read about this historic site and then you'll be able to find the cache and sign your name on the log sheet.

HOW TO FIND THE FINAL:
The last line of the sign has a month and year. Let the month equal Y, and the year equal ABCD

Note... convert the month to a number, January would be 1, February 2 etc.
