Notranjski muzej Postojna
Notranjski muzej je bil na pobudo Lea Vilharja ustanovljen pred sedemdesetimi leti. V svoji zgodovini je deloval v različnih statusnih oblikah. V Notranjskem muzeju Postojna je od 26. februarja 2015 na ogled stalna muzejska razstava o krasu - Muzej krasa. Razstava Muzej krasa je pomembna nova pridobitev Slovenije in predstavlja edinstveno točko za predstavitev klasičnega krasa. S postavitvijo razstave Muzej krasa je dobila Postojna poleg Postojnske jame, vivarija in Inštituta za raziskovanje krasa, zadnjo v nizu kraških institucij.
Muzej pa ni samo razstava, ki si jo lahko obiskovalci ogledajo. Muzej so ljudje in tudi strokovnjaki - kustosi, ki zbirajo, dokumentirajo, preučujejo, prestavljajo in ohranjajo pomembno dediščino za zanamce.
Razstava muzej krasa
Razstava vas popelje od nastanka kraške pokrajine do sodobnega življenja na krasu: raztapljanje apnenca, neandertalska družina iz Betalovega spodmola, neprecenljiv zaklad iz Predjamskega gradu, drobnovratnik pod drobnogledom...

Notranjska Museum Postojna
Notranjska Museum was founded 70 years ago through the initiative of Leo Vilhar. Its status has changed several times over the course of its history. Since 26 February 2015, Notranjska Museum Postojna has housed a permanent exhibition on karst phenomena entitled Karst Museum. The Karst Museum exhibition is an important new acquisition for Slovenia and represents a unique venue for the presentation of the "classical karst". The Karst Museum exhibition is the latest in the series of karst-related institutions in and around Postojna, where it joins Postojna Cave, the Proteus Vivarium and the Karst Research Institute.
A museum is not just an exhibition that visitors can come and see. A museum is also people and the experts who work there – the curators who collect, document, study, present and conserve important heritage for the generations to come.

The exhibition takes you from the formation of the karst landscape to modern life in the karst region, with clear explanations for each stage: the dissolution of limestone, a Neanderthal family from the Betalov Spodmol rock shelter, the priceless cache of treasure from Predjama Castle, the chance to view cave beetles under a microscope...
