General hints: All viewpoints and the final cache location are inside Westmoreland Park (bounded by SE Bybee, SE McLoughlin, SE 22nd, and SE Nehalem). Viewpoint A is at the posted coordinates near the NorthWest corner of the park. Each subsequent viewpoint is farther South than the one before, although there is some zig-zagging East and West. No two consecutive viewpoints are more than 500 feet apart, and most are much closer. You do not need to find all 20 viewpoints to solve the puzzle; only the 10 with black borders are required (1, 3, 4, 8, 11, 12, 13, 14, 16, 20); the in-between views are to help you find your way to the ones that matter.
A: Viewpoint 1 is at the posted coordinates. From this viewpoint, in which direction is the closest footbridge?
North: A=0, South: A=1, East: A=2, West: A=3
B: How many words are there in the circle around this image? This number + 3 = B.

H: Find the year on the plaque under this sculpture. Last digit of the year minus 4 = H.

Cache location (Octopus hunt): For the final coordinates, solve for North 45 AB.CDE, West 122 FG.HIJ. Originally, this octopus made itself a cozy nest in a tiny tunnel. But it kept falling out and going missing. Now it's crawled around back behind the fence into a (hopefully) more secure spot.
