IowaBeaver: The CITO containers were empty insides the bucket. The plastic bags were outside the container. Why? I have no idea, but it appears the location may have been compromised by hooligans? Either way, this has had a good run but I no longer trust the hide so I’m choosing to archive this cache. The container has been removed.
