Reduce, Reuse, Recycle ! Traditional Cache

The theme of this cache is reuse . We love being able to bring new life into things that would otherwise be trash. Another person's trash is another's treasure. This is a cache we found a few years ago. It became trash when it was archived and left here. We are giving it new life . Please use stealth as best you can , at times there can be many muggles.
