街の一隅に、私の木彫が立つ。周りには、樹があり、木の家があり、木の塀がある。同じ木なのに、私の手にかかった木の彫刻は、周りを一変するなにかがある。そうありたいと思ってつくってきた。人はその中で、しばし、日常を忘れてくれるかもしれない。
