There is in front of Kinuura-Tobu Purification Center in Hekinan City. "Windmill" was completed in 1996 as the city sculpture planning. “Windmill” is outdoor sculpture made of Aluminum and partly stainless steel. Please have a good time.

《風の車》　　衣浦東部浄化センター前

過去・現在・未来へと絶えることのない時の現象(時空間)と風のイメージを重ね、自然と科学の望ましい調和の姿を意図した。三対の車は、衣浦東部浄化センターが通水する三市を象徴し、その浄化機能が豊かな自然の保持と快適な生活環境を、より広域な地域へ波及し21世紀へのよりよい水環境の実現を期待し形象化した。

また、碧南の空や海の美しさを作品が映し、人々とのかかわりを密接にと願い、とくに、子供達の柔らかい感性に訴える「かたち」を求め制作されている。
