La Real Casa de la Moneda de Sevilla era un complejo de variso edificios donde se transformaba el oro y la plata proveniente de América en monedas. Su origen es del siglo XIII, pero su configuración actual es del siglo XVI y de una reforma del siglo XVIII.
Durante el siglo XIX dejó de usarse como casa de la moneda y se le dio un uso residencial incluso llegandose al deterioro. Durante los últimos 20 años se han recuperado los edificios y se les ha dado un uso residencial, administrativo, cultural y de ocio. Por ejemplo, la Casa del Tesorero es hoy en día un restaurante que vale la pena visitar por los restos arqueológicos que contiene. Tan solo queda la restauración del arco de entrada el recinto que actualmente está en proceso de recuperación.

The Royal Mint of Seville was a complex of several buildings where gold and silver from the Americas were transformed into coins. Its origin is from the 13th century, but its current configuration is from the 16th century and from a reform of the 18th century.
During the 19th century it was no longer used as a mint and was given residential use, even to the point of decay. During the last 20 years the buildings have been recovered and given a residential, administrative, cultural and leisure use. For example, the Treasurer's House is now a restaurant worth visiting because of the archaeological remains it contains. All that remains is the restoration of the entrance arch and the enclosure, which is currently in the process of recovery.
