Geocache Description:

This is a serie of 7 caches that all have it's own style and they should add some joy for all ages. Some are small with only log and some are larger with plenty of swags. I spent some time to set this up so please be careful with the containers and place them all back exactly as you find them.

Trail is only open Mo-Fr 7:30AM to 5:00PM and Sat 8:00AM to 4:00PM(Closed on Sundays)

#1 This is a micro that may take you some time to discover.

#2 You will need some mobility to get to this small container that may be challange for some to see.

#3 This is a really easy container to spot and are for all the kids containing plenty of swags(please be fare and add as many as you grab). A short bushwack is needed due to the pedestrian traffic; I don't want this container go missing.

#4 A few feet off the trail and you should spot it. Don't go crazy to open it, be patient, it's not as hard as you first may think. Please close it up all they way before you leave.

#5 A "traditionaly" placed cache, but still different then most.

#6 Same log as #1, but a few sizes up. Log only, feel free to bring a marker.

#7 I found this container searching for one of düg's hides(did not find it, had to DNF, :( )

Garrison Creek Trail at El Corazon

This mile-long nature trail along Garrison Creek at El Corazon Park was opened May 2, 2016. To access the trailhead, enter the park at 3210 Oceanside Blvd. at the Agriservice and Moody’s street entrance, just east of El Camino Real. The trail will be open to the public Monday – Friday, 7:30 am to 5:00 pm, Saturday 8:00 am to 4:00 pm and closed on Sundays. This slice of rural life in the heart of Oceanside offers the chance to soak in peace and tranquility. The trail flows through mule fat, coastal sage scrub, and riparian habitats along Garrison Creek. The area is home to many sensitive plants and wildlife that can be seen and heard along the trail. A second trail is also open to the public. The View Trail is located behind the El Corazon Senior Center and meanders along the former sand mining area of El Corazon. It offers beautiful ocean and sunset views. To access this trail, use the El Corazon Senior Center driveway off of Rancho Del Oro Drive. Please note that the trails are only open to pedestrians--no motorized vehicles, bicycles, or horses.
